Construction of single-family houses

After an enforced break due to COVID-19 in September we will resume the single-family housing development works that we are currently engaged in with Blackrock Studio.

Our architecture service gets started with a housing development located in San Javier, Murcia, Spain in collaboration with Blackrock Studio.

It is a 24 single-family housing project that had to be stopped due to COVID-19 and could not be resumed until now.

The residential housing development located in Murciafollows traditional Mediterranean architecture patterns. A Mediterranean-style architecture that inherits and fully enhances these concepts extracted from popular architecture, such as light, intimacy, terraces, solar protection and ventilation.
