Detailed design of high-voltage line in photovoltaic plant
IDEA, as Iberdrola’s framework contractor, carried out the evacuation of the 200 MW photovoltaic plant, as well as the detailed design of the 132 KV single-circuit overhead-underground high-voltage line and the 400 KV double-circuit underground high-voltage line.
The 132 kV line is installed using LA-280 HAWK duplex conductors for the overhead section and RHST7-RA-2OL 76/132kV 1x2000Cu +H280 conductors for the underground section and Iberdrola standardised supports. The total length of the power line is 9.3 km, of which 6.6 km is overhead and 2.7 km underground.
RHE-RA+2OL (AS) 230/400(420)kV 1x2000MK Cu +T450 cables have been used for the 400 kV underground line installation, with a total length of 475 metres.
Scope
The scope of the project is DETAIL/CONSTRUCTION PROJECT,these projects being valid for construction, in which each technical part of the lines is defined in great detail, as well as the affections with the organisms, and the study of accesses to the installations such as supports, junction chambers and manholes.
Phases
- PRELIMINARY LAYOUT: Search for less environmentally invasive and technically feasible route alternatives.
- PRIOR CALCULATIONS: Electrical calculations for conductor selection.
- TOPOGRAPHY: Topographic survey using LiDAR+RGB points.
- LINE DESIGN: Design, mechanical and electrical calculations of the line once the most suitable route has been finalised.
- PLANS: Drawing up project plans.
- PROJECT: Final phase with the completion of reports, budget, ESS and EGR.
