TSK, a leader in engineering developments and in the supply of top quality facilities, has once again entrusted IDEA with the engineering development for the project of the new WTA and WWTA Water Treatment Plants of the SHAGAYA 50 MW CONCENTRATED Thermoelectric Power Plant located 100 km west of the capital of Kuwait.

New Water Treatment Plant for TSK.

IDEA carries out the multidisciplinary detailed, process, mechanics, electricity and civil engineering, I&C and piping and provides technical support for the commissioning of the new water treatment plant in Kuwait. In collaboration with TSK to meet the needs of the KISR Promoter.

We provide great value added to our projects thanks to the incorporation of BIM technology in the design phase as well as the cost control and planning of the construction model made by means of 4D and 5D technology.

The 10 million euro, project took one and a half yearsto complete the engineering, construction and testing stages. It will be commissioned in March 2018.

Using BIM tools, a 3D BIM Model, has been made, allowing for the manufacture of SKID and the pre-manufacture of piping and support in Spain to send and assemble on site. This has enabled us to obtain optimum timing results and once again to achieve our ‘ZERO ERROR’ target.
