Purpose

The purpose is torenew and rejuvenate Navantia’s staff in its different centres throughout Spain.

Current situation of the project

Navantia has relied on us since February 2018 to carry out the Pre-Selection Process for 143 positions in the shipbuildingsector distributed in several offices across the country, including Madrid, Bahía de Cádiz, Cartagena and Ferrol.

By means of the work carried out by our team in close collaboration with the members of Navantia’s selection team,these positions have been successfully filled.

The project has been running for more than a year and we hope to continue working closely with them and offering the best service.
