IDEA opens new office in Valencia
We’re conquering Valencia and taking over the East of Spain With the opening of its new office in Valencia, IDEA would now have 5 offices in Spain.
IDEA is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Valencia, something that fills us with excitement, as this new office will add to those in Madrid, Cartagena, Elche and Castellón, making a total of 5 offices in Spain.
The new facilities are located in the Paterna Technology Park, at Calle Nicolás Copernico No. 8, just 8 km from Valencia, which is home to more than 450 companies, including high-tech industries, research, training and development centres, as well as public institutions (such as TVE), among others.
A location that optimises its integration into the physical communications space and which was strategically chosen by IDEA’s management, as it is 100% in line with our innovative DNA.

“A location that was strategically chosen because it is 100% in line with our innovative DNA.”
The new office has 100 square metres, and currently hosts a technical team of 13 peopleat the service of our clients, with Juan Emilio Bertomeu, Project Manager of our Networks Service, as the person in charge of the office.
As it could not be otherwise, the remodelling and decoration of all the spaces, comes from the hand of our architecture team, who previously successfully carried out the extension and remodelling project of our office in Elche.
For this occasion, IDEA has opted for a simple style aligned with a corporate and versatile image adaptable to new technologies, something that it has been capturing in each of its different offices. In addition, a modern building was chosen, which in this case stands out for its open patio that receives natural light, enhances the connection with nature, and acts as the central lung of the building.

One of the main objectives behind opening this office is to consolidate our presence in the Levante area through our engineering and network services,in order to provide a much closer and quality service to one of our main clients Iberdrola Distribución (I-DE).
“We are much more than an engineering company, we are a Digital Consulting, Engineering, Outsourcing and Architecture company: the perfect combination”
Similarly, positioning ourselves as a benchmark company in the area is another of our goals, as we are muchmore than an engineering company, we are a Digital Consulting, Engineering, Outsourcing and Architecture company. The perfect combination with a clear turnovertarget: to reach€2 million in the next two to three years, and have 20 people on our staff.
Our team in the new Valencia office is characterised by its flexibility, versatility, work capacity and experience, essential characteristics to be able to manage all types of projects, both electrical and related to any other discipline. Our goal is to continue adding clients to our long list of clients in the Levante area, and to promote the rest of our services, together with our know-how in power distribution projects.
Opening a new office in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis
The coronavirus is having a devastating impact on the business network, and IDEA is well aware of this, even though we are extremely fortunate given the development we are experiencing, taking our time and being very thorough in every decision we have taken.
Opening a new office in the midst of this crisis has been a very difficult decision, but above all we have been most concerned about the safety and health of our personnel.
After a rather unusual summer, we opened our offices in September so that all employees who wished to do so could return to their jobs in the best safety conditions. We highly approve of teleworking, as we believe that socialising among colleagues is a very important component of the company’s internal values. For this reason, IDEA combines teleworking and office work, thus promoting family reconciliation and the occupational health of all our employees.
